  We rented a unit here for 3 months and every time it rained, our unit had standing water in it! We notified management and they told us to file an insurance claim for the damaged belongings, but never attempted to fix the issue. When we let them know we had moved all of our stuff out and told them again that the unit needed to be fixed, the guy said, “oh yeah, that happened last year and we had it fixed.” To which I replied not well enough and he shrugged and said he’d email the other tenants on that side of the building to let them know they needed to check their stuff. Didn’t seem real concerned or apologetic. The day we cleared our unit there was another person cleaning out their unit in white suits and masks. We asked about it and they said their unit had rats and feces everywhere and most of their stuff was ruined. There was a huge pile of rat droppings just outside the main loading door at one end of the building the day we moved out too. It was clean when we moved our stuff in but went downhill fast. Saw another tenant moving out and she was moving because of the cleanliness also. Just an honest account in hopes of helping others or motivating management to clean the place up.

  I stopped in to ask about prices and sizes. Thomas and Christopher were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. The facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Great staff, great facility, and great location if you’re looking for storage.

  Had a fabulous experience with Thomas and Christopher in the office and the facilities were clean and well kept. Highly recommended for climate controlled storage!

  Facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend everyone to go there for there storage needs!
