  I am a regular at this store. today I went, like I typically do on my days off. Half of the items in the store have no price on them- this is nothing new… I asked an employee to tell me the price of one of the large cushions (because it was not tagged), and there was a sign next to the giant bean bag cushions that said they were up to 75% off. The employee typed in a tag, and told me the price was $95 And that it was part of the sale. If you were ever in the store, you know that these beanbag cushions are quite heavy and very large. It did not fit in my buggy, so I carried it up to the front - no one bothered to help. I finished looking around the store and went to check out. While checking out, The lady rung up the item as $150. I let her know that I just had an employee check for me and was told it was $95. She called over the monitor for help. no one came. She called again. No one came. she called for a 3rd time and finally, the employee that had helped me earlier came to the front. She very unprofessionally questioned him in front of me, and the line behind me. she was questioning him if he actually told me that the item was $95 as if I was lying. You could tell that he was nervous and uncomfortable - I actually felt bad for him. He responded, yes, and looked at the price again, and told her based on the flyer they have posted in store, he thought The item was part of the sale. Long story short, She told him he was wrong and refused to give me the item at the price I was told it was. Keep in mind this entire time (a minimum of 10 minutes) I am holding this heavy cushion and ended up having to put it back. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning.

  Ordered items for pickup. My order was cancelled because the store marked them as “out of stock,” even though the website showed they were available. Later that same day, I reordered the exact items for shipping (which cost an extra $10), and they were shipped immediately from the same store that claimed they didn’t have them. Now I have a pending charge from the cancelled pickup order and had to pay shipping for items the store actually had in stock. Very frustrating and misleading experience.

  If you need help at home Depot ask for Mikhaile. Very polite courteous and strong he helped me to load some roofing. It's good to see young men working like that

  Terrible. They close at 8 pm. I entered at 7:55 and after being inside, the “Manager” (according to her) asked me to go because she needed to close the store and the cashier, so I was not able to buy what I planned. Terrible service. Will never come back

  Their pos is not working for many times and the cashier blames customers.
