I had a terrible experience at this Lowe’s location on a Sunday afternoon. I went to exchange a propane tank and was forced to wait outside for over 30 minutes. Despite there being plenty of staff members around and being told multiple times that someone was "coming soon," nobody ever showed up to help.
It felt like more than just a delay; it felt like intentional neglect. It’s hard not to feel that this treatment was biased or discriminatory given how many employees ignored us while we waited in the heat. I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service at this store. They never have any to load out purchases. I waited over 30 mins for someone to load me out and no one came. I then asked for the store manager who was told he would be there to speak with me immediately. After waiting an additional 20 mins, he never came. Another customer said that she ALWAYS has to load herself out and then after she’s done, an associate will have the nerve to ask her to show a receipt.
***Update*** I tried to give the store manager benefit of the doubt and called the store, again the customer service rep said he was not available and that she could not provide me with the phone number for corporate because she doesn’t have it. 🙄. She instead transferred me to Kenny who was AMAZING!!! He apologized to me for the inconvenience and asked what materials that I needed and that he would have it ready for me if I gave him the opportunity to load it up for me! I pulled up and went to the register with another cashier who was rude name Ney something but ANYWHO, Kenny gave me a discount for the inconvenience and loaded me out all within 10 minutes. I will only shop at this store when Kenny is available, his customer service skills are impeccable and listened to my concern and apologized and resolved by loading my order, which is all I needed. Thank you Kenny!!!

1st off, this Lowe’s store is my go to for supplies, enjoy the selections, the helpful assistance when needed, but I learned a true lesson when going to the paint department at noon on a Friday.. Don’t Do It!! No matter how many times they intercom for help in paint dept, Nobody will show up to help! I ask for help twice, the next guy inline to have paint mixed asked twice from customer service and finally a Lady went and asked for help when an associate showed up to help!! All in all I waited an hour before I walked out with my paint! Now I don’t know if this was a management or employee problem . All I know is if you’re thinking of getting paint mixed at this Lowe’s at noon on Friday… Don’t Do It!!

Customer Service is terrible! We have visited this store 3 or 4 times in the past month and the service is unbelievably bad. The folks helping with mulch were anything but helpful. No one ever works in lumber. Customer Service itself has folks who truly don't want to be there and serve the customer. Buford already has an arrogance about itself but this store takes it to a whole other level. See ya Lowe's! Off to Home Depot!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
