- RRRobert RinderleApr 20, 20264.0We were a little skeptical walking through the door. Because of the prices were a little bit higher than what we were wanting to spend... but. We started to talk to Melissa who was a very nice lady and started showing us the furniture that we were looking for and told us that it could be customized to exactly the what we wanted because every piece of furniture that lazy boy sells is custom!!!! We spent $1,500 more for the furniture that we bought and just so everybody knows there is a wait time because..... it's custom built furniture... But we couldn't have been happier with the entire process because we ended up with exactly the furniture that we wanted at the exact color that we wanted. And if there's a 6-week waiting period I'm fine with that if I'm getting exactly what I want which no other company offered after we went to numerous furniture companies. My wife and I are very excited. Almost like waiting for Christmas knowing that we will soon have the furniture that we wanted. Thank you so much! Lazy boy and Melissa for all your help and for getting furniture that will last us for the rest of our lives, as we are A older couple that will cherish this furniture THANKS MELISSA!!

The next day they called to say they were wrong and if we wanted the chair we would have to take the floor model. They delivered the chair and it was not the floor model as it had a different remote. So they had to take that one back and bring another they "found" somewhere.. I have never seen such a group where no one seemed to know what was going on. In their defense they said they had a new computer system and they did adjust the cost but it was a PATHETIC experience.
