I bought a set of appliances today from Lowe’s in Stone Mountain. I checked Lowe’s cumming Lowe’s Buford and this was the only location that worked with me to price match item prices, warranties, and delivery/installation to Lowe’s.com. Huge shout out to manager Jason, and team members Elvis and Christian for all helping in this process. Great customer service guys!

I purchased an generator for my 80 year old mother so she would have a way to stay warm if she lost power in the winter storm. I tried to return it in the 48 hr windows as soon as the roads were ok to drive on. Because I was 40 mins outside of the window they would not accept it. I had no idea they held you to the exact hr you purchased. I will definitely not use lowes in the future. Worst customer service ever!!

Lowes have a lot of things that i like and need, although the common thing that lowes stores have is the lack of customer service. It deter me from shopping there, its hard to find someone to assist and when they do they dont go all the way, my helper was eating at the customer service register when i walked in, i asked him about an item he pointed it out for me, after not finding it he gave me the lane number, still couldn't find it.i walked out not bothered to get anything and went to home depot where i found the help i needed. This is my second time having such service. It's unfortunate ( Buford location)

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
