Waited for 20 minutes at Lowe's pro desk to check out 1 peice of plywood. While one lady was diligently working assisting a difficult customer I watched no less than eight Lowe's employees wandering around in groups talking and hanging out fortunately Miss Lori at guest service was able to assist me otherwise I would have not been able to check out within the hour huge shout out for Lori I greatly appreciate that there is still customer service.

Jimmy and Lisa are the best of the best for customer service. I came to pick up my freezer we ordered online. However , my item wasn’t ready for me to pick up. This is my fault, because I didn’t check my email. Lisa is very nice, she said no worry. I will come in check for your order and bring it out right now for you. I know they are busy,this time a year for holidays but she was sweet kind and taking care of me right away. Both Lisa and Jimmy were helpful to bring a heavy freezer in my car. Both of them very professional to take care of the client. I have very good experience with Lowe’s. Thank you very much for everything.
