Went to Lowe’s with my mom and it was an awful experience with customer service. Was trying to order an item and was getting one word answers from the rep (Lori). It kinda felt like she didn’t want to help “us”. Ended working with a Jamaican rep, I cannot remember her name but she was a great help.

Worst online order pick up experience here. This store has some incompetent employees working at online pick up dept. Giving me an OPEN item(seal broken) or telling me that they have to "complete" the order in order for them to cancel the order if they are out of stock. I received "it's ready to pick up" email but when I went there I was told(by an obviously inexperienced employee who as yapping on the phone) that they canceled the order. Is lowes going to pay for my time and gas? How bout you lose a customer(contractor) who easily spends $10k a month?

I have never left a bad review anywhere before but this was a ridiculous experience. I ordered Halloween outdoor decorations online and used the delivery option. I received the notification stating delivery was made. However the picture was not of my house, it was of the front of City Hall of the next town over! My husband and I drove over but the package was nowhere to be found. Now Lowes is sold out of my items and are no longer available. They acted very uninterested in my issue and finally days later sent a refund. Extremely disappointed and will not be using Lowes again.

Asked an employee named “Regan” for help unlocking a cabinet for me and he made a passive aggressive comment by implicitly stating “people like me steal, that’s why the drills are locked up.” Keep in mind, I am a 5 foot small, petite Caribbean woman. The assistant store manager Brittany told me she would handle it and apologize on his behalf… we will see about that.
UPDATE: A friend came back to this store the next day and Regan WAS STILL WORKING THERE. My friend made small talk with a black employee there and mentioned the incident I had with Regan the night prior. The black employee stated that he also had a RACIST encounter with Regan and management doesn’t care and is racist too. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY.
