Got to the Beaufort store and Sarah had just left for lunch. I believe Jay Assisted me with the purchase and mentioned he was going to give it to Sarah.

Dealing with the service department was difficult from the start. They replaced the section multiple times, but the materials never matched the original and continued to fail. Within 30 days of each repair, the seat would lose support and feel like I was sitting on springs. I contacted the manager at the Mall of Georgia location and was told, “What do you want me to do about it? You have to deal with the service department.” Not helpful at all. After four failed replacements and mismatched fabric, they still refused to replace the sofa. We expected comfort and durability from La-Z-Boy, but instead got poor quality and frustrating service. After 2.5 years, we gave up and threw it away. Would not recommend.
