I’ve called La-Z-Boy multiple times about warranty parts for my chair and was repeatedly told the parts were “on the way.” After three weeks with no delivery, I was told the shipment had been sent to Arizona instead of my address in Georgia. I requested expedited shipping and was told they would “try,” but weeks later I was informed the order was still sitting in the fulfillment center and had not shipped. I called again and was told the parts still have not left the warehouse, and with the Christmas/New Year holiday week, it appears this will be delayed even further. If my unit operated with this level of disorganization, mission readiness would fail. When I asked for the representative’s name and an ID/reference number for accountability, the call ended abruptly after I was told a supervisor would take 24–48 hours to respond. I cannot recommend La-Z-Boy if you expect reliable warranty support after the sale.
