I took one, without swivel, to my house with the verbal promise the swivel would be installed at my house and the second chair would be delivered, with swivel within a week. Four weeks have passed. After numerous calls I finally received the second chair with swivel. I call every other day about the second swivel and installation and get empty promises and no one calls me back, or even will take responsibility to get me the products I bought. Very disappointed.

Our products were on a special sale that made them within our budget. We received our products on schedule. They appear to be well built and exactly as we ordered them. The in-home Free consultation by a designer was a nice touch and definitely helped us decide not only on using La-Z-Boy but also on which products to purchase. The reason I am only awarding three stars is because, in my case, delivery was less than acceptable. In addition, there was no after purchase follow up by anyone from the store or the delivery warehouse. Approximately two weeks after delivery of ALL of our items we received a call from delivery to schedule delivery of our furniture. It appears that they really have communication issues. During this call I took the opportunity to voice my displeasure with our delivery service. The agent I spoke to said she would pass on my concerns to her manager. I was very surprised that I never received a call from the manager to discuss my concerns. To this day I have not heard anything from anyone at La-Z-Boy (other than a request for this review) regarding my purchase or my concerns. I really expected more from a company that presents themselves as being a "higher end" furniture company.

We were scheduled to pickup the same week as we purchased, but were called on our way to pickup to let us know it actually wasn’t in the warehouse, but would be the next day. The sales person was very apologetic. So scheduled for next day pickup and I even called to verify that the recliner was actually ready. Was told it was ready, but when we got to the warehouse it was not there and was still in Orlando and it will be next week before we can pickup. The warehouse worker suggested we call the Buford office and have them call the warehouse to confirm it’s really there before we head to pickup again.

Hadley and Enide were very knowledgeable and really guided me in coordinating motifs, colors and fabrics with different pieces of furniture and accessories. They helped me in pillow, throw, and rug selections which really complement the furniture that I chose. The room looks beautiful and everything matches perfectly. They were very accommodating to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.
