    I have not shopped at the Buford At Home Store in several years! What happened to all of the invisible, apathetic employees that used to work there? Why are the shelves organized and the entire store is clearly marked so finding items doesn't require endlessly searching up and down the aisles? The first thing I noticed was that there were actual Purell wipes in the Purell wipe container before grabbing my cart. I have 2 brand new grandsons in NICU, so I don't want to take any chances. BUT, low and behold, when I entered through the door, there were actually two friendly employees greeting guests. TWO! It was rare to find anyone other than the cashier before. Then as I was sitting in a chair trying it out, another employee came to check on me and asked me if he could get me anything. He did this voluntarily without being held at gunpoint AND with a SMILE! I saw multiple employees throughout my shopping experience. I've actually avoided this store and chosen to always go to TJ MAXX Home Goods or other such retail store. However, after today, I will go back, and I highly recommend you check it out!

    They were the only location that had the outdoor rug that I wanted!!!! Inventory showed (1) which made me nervous- how after the long drive - they did have it!!! It was even better in person!!!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
