    I have shopped at this store for years and always have a pleasant experience. But today was so great I felt compelled to write a review. I placed an order online (for same day pickup from the Buford store) for the first time and after I realized I didn’t get a confirmation email or anything. Puzzled, I gave the store a call. Promptly I was speaking with a very kind gentleman, Brandon, who confirmed my order. I was grateful, but still worried about when/how to pickup my order since I wasn’t receiving emails. Brandon offered to call me back when the order was ready, and when I explained my situation (I had my toddler with me) offered to even run out the order to my car at the door. Once we got to the store he quickly came out and loaded up my car. He was so polite, professional, and accommodating to my needs. Just amazing customer service, truly above & beyond. Thank you Brandon for your help! Yall are so lucky to have him!

    We love this store since moved to the area. Visited over 12 times in last 3 months. NO ISSUES... but today!! Horrible customer service at the check -out. I returned everthing what I purchased. Hahahaha. So called manager is even worst!! Will not shop here anymore.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
