- CCcynthiaFeb 22, 20261.0I like all Lowes but as a driver who delivers overnight, I recommend someone answers the phone (security) to release the trailer so the exchange can be made. The phone rang from 06:19 until 06:42 before anyone picked up. It took someone from customer service to answer. Evidently security was sleep and had to be waken. Just remember when these loads go back Lowes has to pay to bring them back. It would have been easier to just release the trailer lock once the store has unloaded the trailer.

We stopped a gentleman that worked there and told him we wanted to purchase this machine. He referred us to the appliance department. There was a diferrent gentleman in the appliance department, and he said let me get somebody. After waiting a few minutes and not seeing anyone, we go back to the front and tell a young lady WHAT WE WANTED, we was loading it in our truck within 5 minutes. And she was the one bringing it out to the truck. Go figure....She was the BOMB!!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
