Miss Lexi was able to swiftly arrive to their residence and get them some warmth in this cold, windy weather. She was also very polite, professional, generous & graceful with their situation. So I want to give a big heartfelt thank you to her & Collins Lock & Safe!! Y’all are awesome!!!

- BBBobNov 13, 20251.0Terrible place. Brought my car to them to get a new lock put on the driver side door. Upon pickup the trim piece handle cover over the lock is missing. After asking them about it they said they lost it and can’t help me. Didn’t care at all that they damaged my car and lost a piece of it, They charge me the full amount for replacing the lock. Now after spending my money to get the lock cover trim piece I find that I will have to remove the lock to put the trim piece back on. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. Customer service has gone way downhill, to the point they have none and don’t stand by their work or take care of their mistakes. Go out of town if you have to to avoid these people.
