After asking them about it they said they lost it and can’t help me. Didn’t care at all that they damaged my car and lost a piece of it, They charge me the full amount for replacing the lock. Now after spending my money to get the lock cover trim piece I find that I will have to remove the lock to put the trim piece back on. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. Customer service has gone way downhill, to the point they have none and don’t stand by their work or take care of their mistakes. Go out of town if you have to to avoid these people.
