- LBLinda BurkhalterAug 2, 20181.0My mom got a lawnmower from here last year.It started messing up a few months ago and they picked it up and kept it a couple months,brought it back,we used it for like 10 minutes and done the same thing it was doing before.called them back,they came got it again and it's been a few weeks now and all we are getting is hung up and no calls back.in the mean time we are having to pay to get her grass cut.called earlier today the lady said she would call right back and hung the phone up.waited couple of hours called back to try and talk to the manager.the manager is never available and does not return our calls.we have only used the mower maybe 10 minutes all summer.but they quick to take her payments out of her checking account every month.i would not recommend this store to anyone.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
