Lowes finance company Synchrony is a ripoff. I purchased several appliances over a 12 month period all interest free for 18-24 months. After 12 months without missing a payment or being late they started charging me interest and a fee for paper billing. I called and asked why. Got someone I couldn't understand. They said they couldn't do anything. Since I am Lowe's customer I hold Lowe's responsible. I will close my account and be a Home Depot costumer for life. Dont buy from Lowe's!

Kennedy in paint is not helpful at all. Asked for information about paint/primer and she was rude. Need someone that can actually answer questions without being snarky. She told me they don’t just sell primer. How could a home improvement store not sell primer? Had to look the product up online and guess what - they sell primer!

Just visited this Lowe’s location for the first time — very nice store! It was clean, organized, and easy to find exactly what I was looking for. There were plenty of employees around, and although I didn’t need any assistance this time, I’m confident they would have been happy to help if I had asked. Great experience overall — I’ll definitely be coming back.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
