They broke into my unit without my knowledge to put down rat traps in the very back of my unit behind all of my stuff and I didnt find out about this till a few days before my move out date. They know they have rats, put down traps, and dont tell their customers. My stuff now has to be thrown away because rats have chewed and peed all over everything. Also, I provided my own lock to secure my unit. This lock was passed down from my now deceased grandfather and they slapped a very difficult to remove ugly sticker on top of it. I expected better out this this place. Will be warning others.

On top of a wonderful facility, the employees/staff have always been professional, kind, and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Always very friendly and available, which is a huge plus. I moved out of my storage unit today, but in the future should I need storage again, I will absolutely be coming back to Chateau Storage.

I've rented from a few other storage places and this one is fantastic. Always clean, the staff is very helpful and upbeat, and getting in and out is always easy. Carts are available and in good condition. Highly recommend Chateau Storage!
