Nate came Dec 26th, made a huge effort to match the new blinds to the old ones in the same room (the old color had been discontinued during the last 15 years). It took about 5 weeks to get the new replacements delivered. But they came in as promised and were professionally installed in less than 20 minutes. They are beautiful. Thank you Budget Blinds of Blairsville for your quality product and professional staff -- both 15 years ago when I bought them initially, and now.
