From the moment we started working with him, it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us, not just making a sale. Taj spent over an hour with us, walking us through different options, explaining features in a way that was easy to understand, and making sure we felt confident in every decision. His knowledge was incredibly impressive, but what stood out even more was his patience. He never rushed us, never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, and took the time to truly understand our needs and preferences. Beyond that, he made the entire experience enjoyable. He took the time to chat with us, get to know us, and create a comfortable, welcoming environment. It felt like we were getting help from someone who genuinely wanted the best for us. Taj is the definition of outstanding customer service. His attitude, professionalism, and dedication are exactly what every company should strive for. He absolutely deserves recognition, and honestly, a huge raise, for the level of service he provides. We will be coming back to Lowe’s because of Taj.
