No news about it in now 4 days. Not reliable… Edit 04/27/2022 There was apparently a simple delay in the processing of my refund. I have to state that I used Minutekey for two other sets of keys prior to this negative experience and it went smoothly. My guess is that the wrong copy of my last key was due to the fact that I did not remove it from my keychain and it may have skewed it (Although the machine did not state anything about it which is why I assumed it to have worked perfectly). So I changed the review to 5 stars now because of the following reasons: - It is very convenient - It is pretty fast (about less than one minute per key) - It is cheap - You can find different models of keys with different prints and color (and price range) which allows you to distinguish the keys in your keychain. - You can get a refund in case of an issue.
