If I could give them 0 I would. Started a process of replacing my laundry room door 3 months ago. Peter was my sales associate, paid for the door and the measure, was told it would be a few weeks since it had to be ordered, that was fine. Got a text message for an install for September 10, confirmed appointment and had someone be at the house for it.....no call, no show! Had to go back up to the store to hear an excuse oh the door was no to scale blah blah blah but someone could have called ahead of time and rescheduled my appointment, right? Lowe's had to reorder the door again, charge my card again and reschedule another time...fine, things happen right?! 2nd appointment, got a text again to confirm my time and date for October 14th, again I havr to get someone to be home.....and AGAIN No call, no show for the SECOND TIME! go to the store AGAIN, request to speak to store manager, Talley. Instead of showing empathy and ACKNOWLEDGING their mistake, he questions me if I even cofirmed my appointment....sir, if I didn't I wouldn't have had a specific install date and time, pathetic! He is trying to blame the install company and everyone besides Lowe's, I as a customer don't care who is to blame...I came to Lowe's with a project, Lowe's agreed that they can do it, I paid Lowe's.....I don't care to what happened behind the scenes...Lowe's is my point of contact. He did get on the phone with someone and did set me up with an appointment the very next day, October 15 between noon and 2pm....well guess what?? NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN! contractor calls me at 2pm stating the doors are to high...at 2pm, so he is already late. You would think the store manager, Talley, would have the decency and leadership skills to reach out that same day to apologize and try to rectify the mistake...nope! I went to the store to speak with him on October 19 since NO ONE from the store bothere to reach out, yet they still have my money, and also get my card refunded. Sales associate David tells me, that Talley, just left the store....so he calls a MOD, I belive his name is Darrel?, well the MOD tells me that the store manager is on vacation! Imagine being lied to you, in your face, inexcusable behavior! Either Talley is at the store but refusing to speak to me and sent those guys out to lie or the MOD and associate are completely disconnected from their work environment. You can imagine the look on their faces when i pointed out what each said to me. How as a MOD (MANAGER ON DUTY) do you not know who from management is in the store when clearly David stated the store manager just left? If you're going to lie, at least get your story together before you speak to a customer. Needless to say, Darrel was not able to help me get my money refunded, so once again I wasted my time going to the store and my money has been tied up for 3 months with nothing to show. Now I again have to reach out to them by calling Peter so he can refund me. Store manager Talley, should have had this project on his radar and followed up immediately when the appointment fell through the cracks for the 3rd time and should have reached out at some point to apologize and try to rectify the situation. I wasted close to 3 months, 3 appointments, having to ask people to come over be at the house only for no one to show up or have the decency to call, having to come to the store several times and leave with empty promises each time...he as a store manager and leader should have followed up with me and not the other way around. This store and its management are unprofessional, lack a sense of urgency, are not customer oriented and lack communication both internally and externally with their clients. I tried to give them a final chance to rectify their mistake so I wouldn't need to post a review, but today was the tipping point.
The only employees that did show concern and apologized when I would go to the store are Peter, Camille and Carlos.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
