    This store needs a 0 star! I placed an order on 12/14/25. I was unable to pick up the order. On 12/19/25 I received a final reminder email stating the product would be held until 12/21/25. I left the country on 12/23/25. Lowes claims that my order was picked up 12/24/25 and I was charged for the items. Better check those cameras to see which employee took the items out of the locker! I was told I had to call the store so I have been trying the store for 2 hours. The AI assistant keeps claiming someone at customer service will answer - NOT!!!!!

    I returned two full boxes of tile to this store yesterday (12/7/25) and the associate processed my refund incorrectly. She insisted that the tile I purchased was priced $12.99 per box (in what world?!) and not $12.99 per piece so she only gave me a refund for $27.54. I pulled the item number for my tile and looked at the price online, and I also called the flooring department who confirmed that the tile is priced per piece, not per box. I then called the store back and spoke to the same associate who processed my return and reiterated to her that the tile was priced per piece, not per box. She insisted that it was not and that the return was processed correctly. I’ve emailed corporate and have not yet received a response, and I also attempted to call the store to speak with the manager to sort this out, but have been put on hold endlessly.
