Today I had an excellent customer service experience with Patrick who normally works in flooring. He saw that I was having trouble locating something and came over and offered to help. He didn't stop until we located what I needed. I returned to the store later today to make another purchase and ran into him again and again, he asked if I needed help. He loaded up and processed my order for 3 door units and helped me get them to the truck and then loaded them for me. I was very grateful to receive such excellent service and thought he went above and beyond to help me. I also receive excellent service regularly from the pro staff.
