She politely said no but kindly paged the plumbing associate by name, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when the plumbing associate came down the aisle, he looked directly at me and then turned away to help someone else, leaving me standing there without any assistance. It was frustrating and disappointing to be overlooked like that.
