There is no such thing as customer service anymore. No less than 4 employees were standing in front of the store as I loaded over a dozen bags of compost and soil into my car and not one offered to help. The store wasn’t even busy.

Crazy how I call for 2 days and Noone picks up at all. Tried calling for hours. Yet every time I go in there. Everyone is standing around looking lost. Can't answer things in person because none of them know their job. And no one answers the phone. I love lowes but can hands down say both of them in Augusta are trash. And the employees.

I am a buyer for a general contractor and make frequent trips to the area Lowe's stores. Today I had an excellent customer service experience with Patrick who normally works in flooring. He saw that I was having trouble locating something and came over and offered to help. He didn't stop until we located what I needed. I returned to the store later today to make another purchase and ran into him again and again, he asked if I needed help. He loaded up and processed my order for 3 door units and helped me get them to the truck and then loaded them for me. I was very grateful to receive such excellent service and thought he went above and beyond to help me. I also receive excellent service regularly from the pro staff.
