Purchased a washer/dryer from Lowe’s, and their delivery team damaged my property during installation. It’s been **two months** of being ignored—Lowe’s blames their contractor, who has ghosted me (no calls, texts, or emails). The store manager refuses to speak to me or offer even a courtesy gift card. Zero accountability for a problem *they* created. Horrible customer service and no resolution in sight. Avoid unless you’re prepared to fight for basic responsibility.

I have gone to this specific Lowe’s twice in the last couple weeks for a concrete stain. Both times I have had to hit “assist button” 100 times in the paint section. Both times I had sat and waiting for 25 mins while ten different employees walk right past me, absolutely ridiculous. The first time I picked this stain up, the lady that mixed the paint failed to close the lid correctly resulting in stain being all in my front seat. I love the Evans Lowe’s, but this is by far the worst Lowe’s I have ever been in.

Idk what the problem is With Corey but this position can’t be for him. We are a farm looking for a donation and we can’t seem to get one. How hard is this job? We will call and present and email documents until we get some fertilizer lime and miracle grow for this large farm project. A pallet is needed and it’s urgent now. We was requesting wood but Home Depot helped us out and lowe’s in milledgeville. Can we please get some attention?

Recently stopped in to inquire about faucet filters. After asking a passing associate if they worked in the plumbing area she politely said no then paged the area associate by name. Long story short the area associate walked onto the isle looked at me then turned to help someone else walking away.
