I called on 11/18/25 At 8:15pm to finalize an order taken on 11/17/25 regarding a freezer. I was transferred to appliances and the phone rang for over 11 minutes. I hung up and called back. The phone rang for 18 more minutes. I finally gave up. Evidently they don’t want my business. This is unacceptable!!! I will take my business elsewhere!!!

Myself and other customers stood at the paint counter for 10-15 minutes before someone came to assist us. The wait was after it was discovered that the previous associate went home. We asked for assistance 3 times before we were helped. I know that doesn't seem like a long time but, consider being kept on hold for that length of time. People need jobs, Lowe's hire some help.

Peach Orchard Lowe's I try to avoid at all costs. Only go to get a specific item and get out. Tried curbside pickup and order was supposed to be ready turned out it wasn't and waited 45 minutes just to be told to go to pro and pack and pickup order myself. Then had to wait 45 more minutes to check out.
