I asked for help regarding fencing, but the associate I spoke with didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the products. I also found a metal gate on clearance and asked if the price could be adjusted slightly. Loris genuinely tried to assist, which I appreciated, but the employee she called over focused more on trying to get me to sign up for a store credit card than addressing my question. That left a bad impression. Overall, the experience felt unhelpful and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my visit.
