  Was driving by and stopped to get some information. Carla was pleasant and busy at the time. I called and got information the information I thought was clear. When I checked again, Carla said she'd told me the unit was an auction unit and would contact me when it was available. Well, I went over to Public Storage and got the unit I needed, and the cost was much lower for a comparable unit inside. Next time I'll just shop around instead of try to book based on the appearance of the manager.

  Carla was absolutely awesome! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to help us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had exactly what we needed. Her friendly attitude and professionalism truly stood out, and it made a big difference during what could have been a hectic time.   Carla hooked us up with a 5x10 unit and was extremely helpful. The units are nice, clean and air conditioned. Would highly recommend!
