  I had an amazing experience at Walker Street Mini Storage. I was so thankful to meet Tim—he was a breeze to talk to, incredibly interesting, and very helpful. He gave me all the information I needed without any hassle. The prices are very reasonable and the location is perfect; it's in a great part of Atlanta right by the stadium. If you’re looking for a spot with fair rates and great service, I highly recommend renting from Tim! ——————————————————————- I’m updating my review to reflect some recent, less-than-stellar experiences. The Good: I stand by my original praise for Tim. He is a breeze to talk to, incredibly helpful, and makes the process seamless. If you can catch him, you’re in great hands. The Reality: Unfortunately, the service has become hit-or-miss depending on who is in the office. The other staff member is a complete contrast to Tim. I’ve found him to be incredibly dismissive and, frankly, lazy. The biggest issues are: • Lack of Access: This facility requires secondary keys held by the office to access your unit. I’ve pulled up an hour after opening and the keys aren't out, meaning I'm stuck waiting despite being there during business hours. • Poor Communication: He consistently refuses to answer the phone while on shift. • Horrible Service: It is already a hassle that you can only access your storage when staff is present; having a staff member who makes that hassle even worse with a lack of effort is unacceptable. Bottom Line: Tim is 5 stars, but the current lack of reliability from the other office staff makes this a difficult place to recommend for anyone who needs consistent access.

  I LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OF THIS STORAGE COMPANY. THEY PUT THEIR OWN LOCKS ON HALL UNITS OUTSIDE OF YOUR OWN PERSONAL RENTAL UNIT. IF THEY ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE THEN YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY. IN WHICH I NEEDED MY TOOLS FOR A WORK RELATED TASK , CAME TO THE STORAGE AT OFFICE HOURS AND COULD NOT ACCESS MY BELONGINGS. THAT MORNING THEY ACTUALLY HAD A CHAIN ON THE FRONT GATE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. COULDN'T MAKE THE JOB SO I LOST MY WAY OF LIVELIHOOD THANKS TO WHOEVER THE BRAINS WERE BEHIND THIS NEW " LOCK OUT " PROCEDURE DURING BUSINESS HOURS THAT ARE ADVERTISED ON THIS SITE AND ON THEIR FRONT DOOR. I USED TO GIVE FIVE STARS BUT IF THERE WAS A NO STAR BUTTON EXISTING I WOULD PRESS IT FOR SURE !
