The entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I first inquired on a Sunday, and my sales rep, Rob Walters, came out the very next day with a great selection of options. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole decision process easy. We were able to move forward and book the project that same day. Just a couple of days later, James Hodgin came out to take the final measurements. He was quick, efficient, and very professional. After a couple of weeks for the custom blinds to be made, James returned for the installation and did an outstanding job. The install was fast, clean, and he was incredibly nice and professional throughout. The blinds look amazing and completely transformed the space. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole team delivered an exceptional customer experience, and I will absolutely use Stoneside again for future projects. Highly recommend!
