  I had an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Kenya. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone who combines speed, quality, and excellent customer service so seamlessly. Because of Kenya, the entire process was stress-free and convenient—exactly what you hope for but don’t always get. She truly represents what great service should look like.   Today is my first visit with Q Speed Queen. Didn’t know a thing about what I was doing. However Cherise, one of the employees saw my need immediately and came to my aid, walked me step by step. Although I felt like a first grader in this process, she made me feel comfortable and reassured me it’s easy peasy! She was very professional and helpful!!! The business was very clean and neat. I will visit this establishment again! Thanks!! Be blessed!!

  I had such a great experience at this laundromat today! Kenya was absolutely amazing—super kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to help me when I needed it. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. It’s not every day you come across service like that. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a laundromat. Thank you, Kenya!

  Kenya, Is one of the most considerate employees at Speed Queen Laundry! I have been coming to this convenient location for almost three years now. Not once have I experienced bad customer service. If anything Kenya along with many others are courteous, knowledgeable, and well respected at this upgraded laundry mat! Again, all of them are hardworking and willing to assist customers needs who visit here. Last but not least what I like most besides Kenya's attributes towards this establishment is how clean and well maintained her and her colleagues keep this place.   I had an amazing experience at Speed Queen Laundromat, and I have to give a special shoutout to Miss Kenya. She went above and beyond in every way. She was kind, welcoming, and showed real empathy to everyone around her. I even saw her help customers out using her own money, which truly speaks to her character. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe and comfortable. It didn’t feel like I was surrounded by strangers—it felt like a real community, like family. Miss Kenya has such a warm energy. She made me laugh, made me feel at ease, and honestly made my whole morning better. She really made an impact on my visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. We need more people like Miss Kenya in this world. Speed Queen is lucky to have her❤️
