  This laundromat is a diamond sitting in what you may perceive as the rough. I normally frequent the Conyers location and/or the Covington location, but one day in particular, my son had a school event in Atlanta area not to far from this location, and I would have to drop him off and return to pick him up in a few hours. Time being precious to me, and knowing I needed to get the laundry done, I grabbed the laundry, dropped him off and headed to this location. This laundry facility, as all of their locations, does not disappoint. It is clean…immaculately clean, on-site concierge staff, clean restrooms, modern newly renovated, and a pleasant environment. The owners of these facilities have an excellent business model, of clean, affordable, laundromats that take the laundromat experience to a standard above with the customer in mind being the pinnacle of their business! I’m so impressed by these laundry facilities! The owners are customer-driven and very friendly. They are five-star and raise the bar on how a laundromat should be!

  I had a great experience at “our best laundry”. The attendant ms.Bianca was very sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back. I attended this Monday 3/30/26 while I was in town.

  1) The company phone number is no where in sight, the AI director isn’t helpful when trying your speak to a onsite manager/employee 2) The doors locked me out at 9:30pm while I was retrieving my laundry bags from the car. On the door of the building it states 7am-10pm. Online it states 7am-9pm. On the Our Best Laundry phone directory it claims to be open from 7am-10:30pm. 3) I have work at 6am, all my work clothes are in the dryer machine while I am locked outside waiting for an hour now to hear back from someone. 4) Kids running through the facility, slap boxing in the parking lot. Drug use and condoms in the parking lot. 5) Called, Texted and left voicemails during business hours with no assistance. 6) This is my first and last time and can only hope my clothes don't adopt a smell from being in the dryer over night

  Last week I had a very great experience at our best laundry it was clean and organized will definitely be back the employee Biannca really was respectful helpful and sweet
