I pre-ordered 2 dinner plates and 10 salad plates late last week for a dinner party on Saturday. Picked up the order Saturday morning only to get home and realize that they had packaged the order incorrectly (they packaged 10 dinner plates and 2 salad plates). My husband was nice enough to go back to the store and swap them out. When he arrived and explained the situation to the first team member, they seemed confused and another confirmed that she remembered the order and had packaged it correctly (not actually correct). The store manager John didn't even give my husband a chance to show him his the receipt and compare it to what was in the box. He was extremely rude when he told him he'd have to return the plates and then go grab what he needed from the shelf if they had it in stock. Not a single person managed to apologize for the inconvenience. It took him an extra hour and a half out of his day on Saturday to make the swap. I've shopped at this store for almost 15 years now and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. I'd rather drive further to get what I need than support a store with no customer service.
