Craig initially came over and was extremely consultative and helpful in assisting me pick out the best design for my condo - that had extremely unique windows. He was a design expert and very friendly and easy to work with. James came over to take measurements and then later on was also the installer. James was extremely professional , worked quickly but without rushing at all and made to sure to test and walk me through everything to ensure I was pleased with the install. Would highly recommend using Stoneside and if your lucky you get to work with Craig and James.
