  This was my first time visiting Speed Queen Laundry and Ms. Kenya walked towards me. She greeted me with her beautiful smile and she introduced herself and asked me if I needed any help. I told her that this was my first time doing laundry. She was very polite, pleasant and very helpful to me. She explained how the washers and dryers works and she explained to me how to purchase and add money to my laundry card. I truly appreciate Ms. Kenya for being patient and kind to me because I’ve had a very trying weekend. We need more professional women like her in this world. May God Bless her and her family exceeding, abundantly and instantaneously with an extra overflow of Supernatural Blessings today and all throughout this year of 2026. ❤️🙏

  From the time I walked in to the time, I walked out nothing but amazing service for Ms. Kenya very personable, and really gave me to feel that she loved what she does! I noticed she was very attentive to all of the customers walking around asking us if we need anything or any help! I will definitely be washing my business towels here again!

  Kenya is the best. Not only is she helpful. I have seen her clean this laundromat like she owns it. She is on top of everything going on in the laundromat including any potential safety concerns. I’ve decided to continue coming here, although my washer has been repaired, because I know this facility will be clean and the people are nice. Although Kenya is the only consistent face that I see when I’m here.

  Kenya is extremely professional and I always feel comfortable and at peace when she is on shift. She keeps the atmosphere of the Laundry safe so that it is a wonderful experience for patrons. She does not allow loitering in or outside of the Laundromat. I appreciate her and prefer washing and drying my clothes only when she's working. Other employees don't take steps to deter loitering in and outside of the facility which leads to customers feeling uncomfortable and being harassed.
