- JPJosh PJul 2, 20251.0I tried patiently to work with this company to have a simple bathroom mirror installed. They initially quoted a price much lower than a recommended competitor, so I decided to wait despite their busy schedule with commercial projects. After my first inquiry, it took several weeks to get someone to measure, and on the scheduled day, I was notified that their truck was broken down, causing a delay. They did come the next day, which is the only indication in my experience that this is an actual company in physical operation. The employees who took the measurements told me they'd be able to finish the installation by the end of that week. However, I didn't receive any follow-up afterward, so I called to confirm and was put on the schedule. On the day of installation, I was then informed that employees called in sick, and the work would need to be delayed again. At that point, I was frustrated but felt that if I just stuck it out another week would finally have the mirror installed. Today, with my work calendar blocked for the installation, I received what I have decided will be my final call from P & E Mirror and Glass, when the office informed me once again that they would need to delay the installation. Given the nonchalance and lack of surprise with which my message that I no longer wished to work with them was received, I'm not convinced in the least that the glass was even prepared for the scheduled installation.
