We changed the layout, reducing the number of machines to allow you to move about with ease. Leave those bothersome coins at home. Bring your bills, get them from our ATM or use your credit/debit card on the Laundry Boss app or at the kiosk. Our friendly attendants are happy to help. We have extra large washers that easily handle 8 loads of laundry at a time. We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.

- TCTisha CDec 21, 20251.0The first time I went it was a great experience! The second time it wasn’t. The machine on the wall where you pay to use the machines and the ATM was not working correctly. A worker was right in there being lazy, sitting down, running her mouth to someone else sitting in there with her. She wasn’t trying to help in no way. I had already loaded my clothes in the washer and the machine on the wall was taking my quarters and wasn’t working correctly. I took my stuff out the machine(which was very inconvenient) and went to the Laundromat right down in the plaza by The Bando, plus its free dry :) Never will go back to Our Best Laundry again. If you can’t help your customers when we need it, inside your facility having trouble with your machines, you will not be getting my money!
