  1) The company phone number is no where in sight, the AI director isn’t helpful when trying your speak to a onsite manager/employee 2) The doors locked me out at 9:30pm while I was retrieving my laundry bags from the car. On the door of the building it states 7am-10pm. Online it states 7am-9pm. On the Our Best Laundry phone directory it claims to be open from 7am-10:30pm. 3) I have work at 6am, all my work clothes are in the dryer machine while I am locked outside waiting for an hour now to hear back from someone. 4) Kids running through the facility, slap boxing in the parking lot. Drug use and condoms in the parking lot. 5) Called, Texted and left voicemails during business hours with no assistance. 6) This is my first and last time and can only hope my clothes don't adopt a smell from being in the dryer over night

  Last week I had a very great experience at our best laundry it was clean and organized will definitely be back the employee Biannca really was respectful helpful and sweet

  I’ll give two start because the machines work great. Most of the workers are usually so kind and they always ask if you need help. Last time I came I had a bad experience with one of the workers, there’s an old lady that every time we came act extremely rude. It’s the second time I’ve came and she acts like that. I love doing my laundry here but the staff is not the best.

  Read the reviews and thought this would be a nice place to go do laundry. When I arrived the parking lot is very small so I circled around to the door facing the street only to drop my laundry off because I'm 6 months pregnant and the available parking was very narrow for my extra large vehicle. The security I assume for the establishment stated that Icould park around back which was my intentions but there was no close access to a door to enter the facility and again I'm 6 monts pregnant trying to unload my laundry!!!! The security told me I could not leave my vehicle there and I had to move very rudely and said it wasn't her its the owners! So I gladly took the one bag I had and said I'd find another establishment to take my business to! It was literally 8:30 AM on a Wednesday with one customer in there and no traffic comi g through that tiny parking lot!
