- DMDeedra ManningOct 1, 20241.0I went into the More Space located in Buckhead a few months ago and the owner made an appointment to come and take measurements for the custom closets that myself and my husband wanted. Once the measurements was completed, the owner stated that it would take about 1-2 weeks to receive a quote however we never received a quote to this very day I am leaving this review. I was confused as to what could have happened, thinking the worst but also remembering a review left from another potential customer stating the same thing happening to her, so I stopped by the store. The owner pretended at first that he did not know us, however I made him aware of who I was and that he never followed up with a quote from the measurements that he had taken at my house. All the apologies was made and still no quote. I would never recommend this business to anyone. I learned also to pay attention to reviews even if the business has a decent rating. Totally unprofessional and terrible service.
