There's only 1 person working Pro Department. So frustrating. Wait times are horrible. Past 3 times had to wait 45 to an hr and 30 min to do quick purchases or questions. Ended up canceling orders and went back to Home Depot on Ponce. 1 Associate for Pro Service Arena is a waste of time.

Waited in Pickup for 40 minutes with impatient kids in the car with me. Not exaggerating. When they finally came, the associate told me all of the associates were helping with another large pickup. That’s some poor leadership if you ask me!

Just so annoying, can't find anything without walking a mile, the one thing you can find doesn't have a barcode so i get my hands sliced up searching for it, then there's no just glove display like come on. I have stuff to do and this store is such a chore I always regret coming to this location in between jobs for materials. It just ends up setting me back.

Helpful and friendly customer service. Mr. Billy, probably is the oldest customer service rep working at this Lowe’s and is definitely the go-to man because he also knows more than anybody in the store. It was a joy and a pleasure to meet and be served by him . I would go back to that store when I need something again from Lowe’s, and I happen to be in Atlanta.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
