    I deeply doubt why this store has 5 star ratings. Sales had a very bad attitude. There were only two sample sofas in the store you could try on and look very cheap. They would just ask you a bunch of questions with poker face and gave you a ridiculous price. You normally would expect high quality and good service attitude if you would spend $7k for a three piece sofa but they had none.

    My wife and I purchase a new Sactional from this store and Laura the Manager was fantastic. She went above and beyond and you can tell she loves what she does. She also knows her product inside and out. In today’s world where Customer Service does not exist it is refreshing to have worked with Laura through the process. We also love our new sactional which happened to replace and old we we had. Thanks Laura

    Our experience shopping for a couch was phenomenal. Laura was extremely helpful and informative. Happy to announce that great customer service still exists! The particular couch we got didn’t work for us but Lovesac’s excellent return policy made our return a breeze. Would definitely recommend.
