I asked him if it was gonna work fine he said it would not be an issue with reprogramming and I was just relieved to have a key again. fast forward to now and my fob battery is dead. I need to get in my car and come to realize the physical key copy does not fit/unlock my door. It is the wrong key. I called two number of theirs because they have multiple google pages?? anywho, this was the ONLY company that address is on cascade near me and who I called because I remember believing I would have to walk there to give them my key but they came to me. So, I call them and tell them the issue and they tell me I am not in the system so it is the wrong company. At first I believe I made a mistake but as looked into it again I have an old photo screenshot from their google page when I first got the key to call them. Anyways both of the CS ppl were incredibly passive aggressive and I felt like I could't do anything. So I asked what it would cost to cut the key I was given and they turn me to the tech (again the way their business operates is the exact same as I remember). The tech tells me to cut the existing key to fit my car it would be $175. How insane bonkers is that like actually so crazy he had the audacity to say that number. JUST DONT GET A KEY FROM THEM PLS BE CAREFUL!!!
