I was looking for “warning stickers” that would be used for the bottom of candle jars or things of that sort. I asked an employee, he did not know where those stickers could be so he asks Miss Jackie, instead of being a help and assisting the customer, she begins to inform me that if I download the hobby lobby app and search it through the app, that will tell me if the store has it or not, then she tells me it could be on the sticker aisle without even showing me where that aisle is located. My complaint is I do not get paid to download the Hobby lobby app and search for a particular item that I am looking for… you do! She was supposed to pull out her zebra device and do exactly what she told me to do, she did not want to help me, she did not want to be in assistants to me. I can only hope that her lack of assistance towards me had nothing to do with race!
