- AHA HDec 16, 20251.0Just wanting a storage space to hold things for a few weeks while I move items around and do some work in my unit... tell me how a ~$40 rental goes up to $127 with the forced insurance premium and fees, and they make you pay for a lock up front even if you have one already, no option to opt out, it seems this brand has gone completely down the toilet with greed. No thanks. I rented with this place before so many times before, long term and short term, and it was so easy, before. Due to all these excess fatty fees, I will take my business elsewhere. My neighbor has a garage, maybe I can just pay him the ~$40 so I can store stuff and paint a room in my house. Absurd fees.
