- RHRebekah Hogan2 days ago1.0At first I had a great experience - I was able to book everything online and set up my storage unit without even having to interact with anyone, it was beautiful and perfectly setup. HOWEVER. They will JACK UP THE PRICES out of nowhere. When I first started storing there, I was paying ~$50 for my very small unit, then after only 3 months they jacked up the price to $99. NINETY NINE DOLLARS. ALMOST DOUBLE THE PRICE. FOR MY TINY TINY UNIT. And when I called and asked, I got some bullshit answer, "oh yeah sorry we can change prices based on demand." DO NOT store your shit here unless you want to be held hostage to random rate increases.

On top of that, the water was biohazard so everything was ruined and Insurance didn’t cover it. The storage facility offered nothing but another unit and still charge us full rent.
