- DFD. Farley5 days ago5.0I've been a customer at the Northsude drive Extra Space Storage location for sometime. I've always had positive experiences with the teams there however the newest team, Chiquima (Manager) and Robin (Asst. Mgr) are incredible. Their customer service skills are unparaleled and they really take the customer service experience seriously. Recently, I reached out to the facility via phone to make a change to my account. I reached the voicemail but didnt leave a message. Within an hour, I received a call back from Robin who had seen the missed call and wanted to make sure I got the assistance I needed. I was impressed! I ended up renting a larger unit but after getting all of my belongings into the new unit, I noticed there was damage to the lock casing that would prevent me from being able to secure the unit properly. I alerted Chiquima and no problem, she and another visiting manager named Renita swiftly replaced the lock casing and all is good! Thanks to Chiquima, Robin and special shout out to Renita for making customer service and my experiences a priority! You rock!
