I had the pleasure of working with Bria the Manager and her Assistant Manager on a double payment to my account. The assistant manager, was so helpful in getting the amount corrected. When I spoke with Bria on a follow up call, she was so informative!! And that’s an understatement…she went above and beyond to walk me through the entire process. She is a jewel, and should probably be promoted to corporate trainer. Even when the conversation got off track due to my ranting, Bria was able to get the conversation back on track and continue to educate me on the process. She was very calm, and handled the issue with class! Good customer service is so hard to come by, so it was very refreshing to meet a manager that takes pride in providing great service. Bria clearly trains her staff to do the same because her assistant manager was just as pleasant! Dynamic Team!
