  I love this location! Bria and Kenyun helped me transition between my storage units seamlessly, and they were so so kind while doing it. I was anxious and wasn’t sure about all of their policies, and they helped me through everything - 10/10 recommend!!

  Easy registration and move in/out process. Everyone at the office is friendly and courteous. The property is clean, climate controlled and well maintained. Highly recommend

  Kenyon and Bria were very helpful. I walked in and in no time flat I was taken care of and walking out. The price of the storage was inside, clean, and an excellent deal.

  I previously booked a reservation at this location because I recently returned after four years in CA, but I ended up not needing it and while there I spoke to Jabria and Kenyun who I had a short, very pleasant and entertaining conversation with. I later got a rental from their ExtraSpace Storage location because I had to move last minute as a former friend and I parted ways ungraciously and I wanted to avoid squatting although the weather isn’t the greatest. Thankfully, the process was fast and the rental price was only $10 more than I was previously quoted a few months back. I even told them what I had been going through at the last minute and they were gracious enough to respect me although they knew I was unfairly treated and left homeless. I’ve been working on a book and writing is my priority though I had to find out that there’s a limit on the time spent at my unit, they respectfully told me the policy and I having no problem abiding by their rules was happy they didn’t take to me unkindly knowing my situation. They’re the reason for the example that honesty is the best policy to avoid confusion and allow people to respect you no matter what you’re going through because they’ve been made aware. I even started working at the salon across the street and Kenyun was my first client there- and she was so happy with her hair. Jabria also gave me a good job referral. They are both very professional, well mannered and decent young ladies. Their jobs are difficult at times, which I have seen them have to make some real life tough decisions about work but they stay the course and don’t waver in their own accountability to maintain a professional and safety standard. I’m proud to have my belongings in the care of such trustworthy and strong people. Rent with them at Extra Space Storage - Bishop St.

She deserves recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional skills.
