  Seriously one of the easiest storage experiences I’ve ever had! Meagan is super down to earth and actually cares about helping you out. If you need storage, this is the spot! Highly recommend!

  I had an amazing experience here from the moment I walked in. I was able to work with Tiara (Assistant Manager) and she was an absolute pleasure! She was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and overall a very cool person that I am glad I got to meet. I’ve called a few times with questions and I always got great service and very quick answers. The storage facility is extremely clean and safe. I would highly recommend using this company and this location!

  I needed a safe and reliable method to store my home items while transitioning from the DMV to Georgia. I decided to consider the same storage company that I use to keep items that belong to my daughters during summers while away from their university in Virginia. That company is Extra Space Storage. I thought that it would be best to physically visit the Extra Space Storage site in Sandy Springs, GA that’s located on Mount Vernon Highway NE. Before my visit, I called and I spoke with Meagan who was ready and eager to answer all questions which she did! She was not only professional, but she stood behind the company’s motto and standards. I appreciate that kind of respect when someone is working for a company because it compels me to believe in what they say they’re about. Once I went for my visit, I was warmly greeted, again, by Meagan who was just as pleasant to work with in-person as she was to work with over-the-phone! She was prepared for my visit by having the keys to a storage unit for me to view. She reserved two (2) units, given my description of the items that I wanted to store. One was larger in size. As soon as we walked over to the entrance to the lobby area where the elevators to storage units are located, I immediately noticed how clean it was and how neat the moving carts were placed! I was lucky to meet 2 other guests who raved to me about the quality of their experiences. We went up on the elevator and got off on the floor where both reserved storage units were located. The entire floor area was immaculate! I noticed that all of the locks on already purchased units were all labeled with Extra Space Storage stickers wrapped around them. Everything was in uniform! I appreciated seeing the attention to detail. The green color that distinguishes Extra Space Storage from other companies really does make the difference! It’s a great impression! I also met Tiara on the save day of my visit. She reinforced everything that Meagan said about what I could expect. I appreciated that there were no variations of what the standards are, especially given that I would not be able to frequently check on my unit because I was not yet living in Georgia. I was assured that the property has surveillance and that each customer has their own self-service login information and they are only allowed on the floor where their unit is located. I decided on that visit that I would contract with this location! I needed to add an itemized list of goods to my contract and Meagan made sure that my contract was overnighted to me in the DMV in order for me to add those details before signing the agreement. They even sent a return package! I was trepidatious about the fact that I would be at a distance from my belongings, given that I had done sentimental items that would be in the unit. They were items from my dear mother who had just recently passed. I made that clear and Meagan assured me that she had not only a professional interest in my concern, but that it was also personal. She let me know how long she has worked with the company and she gave me her work schedule for me to know the days that she would be in the office. She said that I could check in with her weekly for her schedule and that she would take a walk to my floor to assure me that everything was well and safe. Wow! If going the extra mile was a person, Meagan would be that person! Who dies that for someone. She knew that I was concerned because I was far away. Tiara knew it, as well. Tiara assured me that my list of items were protected and that I could also contact her weekly, if I needed even more assurance. Who does that?! I wasn’t a pest, but I did contact the office bi-weekly for months and Meagan and Tiara stood on their promises! I just recently moved my belongings out of the unit and, lucky me, I was able to hug Meagan on my final move-out day! It was as if I made a good friend. I was lucky because she said the same. Those 2 work as a team and I hope that they are recognized well by the company. I would recommend this location! Keep up the great work, you two!
