- JPJeancarlos PazFeb 5, 20261.0To start off, this place smelled like nothing but marijuana. And as I walk in at 4:15PM to rent a unit, the lady refused to do her job. Stated that she could not rent me another unit because I had one in the process of closing. Her answer was “that’s what my store manager told me” she told me I can only rent a unit through the phone or website. I’ve rented with extra storage for years and over 100 times. This was clearly a worker that was being lazy and did not want to help out a customer. She ended up forcing me to move back into a unit that I was in the process of moving out of because according to her “store manager” there was nothing else she could do and could not help me get another unit. I’ve rented 3 units in single extra space storage location. So I don’t see why she was unable to rent me another unit as the other one was in the process of the moving out in the system. She was completely unprofessional and did not care to help out a customer as she tried to keep telling me just call extra storage space to do the rental…..mind the system was up and running, I could understand if the system was down but it wasn’t. DONT NOT RENT HERE, truly a horrible experience. It only takes 15 minutes max to set me up in the system with a new unit, especially with my information already being in the system. And the lady did not want to give me her name or any information regarding the “store manager”
