The only thing that could be better is the customer service level. The staff is just there from what I witness. The elevator was inoperable Saturday. No notice or anything. Went to let someone in the office know and a woman came out and said they’re working on getting someone out tomorrow and come back then. She couldn’t do anything else because she was headed to another property and “no one wants to stay past six”. I get it , things happen but the level of customer service was subpar . Act like you care at the bare minimum i understand its outside of your control but it just seemed like an “oh well” moment if nothing else.
