I rented a 10x10 unit for $143 / month in July, and by October the rate jumped to $243 with no recourse available. Nothing illegitimate here, the lease stipulates Extra Space can do what they want in this regard. Just throwing this out there as a warning for people that may not understand that their rent will shoot up dramatically shortly after move-in. Pricing notwithstanding, I’ve had a good experience utilizing the facility itself.

Super clean, secure, and convenient — highly recommend for anyone needing storage in Atlanta near Edgewood or Inman Park.
