  Beware - I wish we had read the reviews ahead of time, dumb on our part. They were so convincing up front that everything would be done quickly by their "workshop" We called weekly for updates, never heard back even when their manager repeatedly said she would call me back. I finally had to go into the store. Everything they repeatedly blamed on "the workshop" and took no ownership for it being their production staff. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the 2 cushions look good after 3+ months

  Beware!! Over 5 months to get 12 outdoor cushion covers made. They get your credit card and seem to forget about you. I was constantly following up trying to get answers....they continually blamed the 'workshop' for being slow and not answering their emails etc. Eventually I was told that due to the delay I would be compensated, (either Cindy or Christine said this) seems just another lie. When I picked up the cushions nearly 5 months later they ran my card without my knowledge and no surprise...there was no compensation. A terrible experience dealing with this company. Go elsewhere

  Kind and helpful initially but a simple standard bench seat projected to take “8-10 weeks” has taken over 3 months... and Im STILL waiting for it to be completed. I was contacted once that my bench seat was in and ready to be picked up which confused me since I was paying extra to have the custom bench installed by their workroom. I was then told it would take two more weeks… 3 weeks ago. Today (3 months after I selected the fabric and paid in full) I conveyed my frustration to the (once kind and helpful) staff but now that I’m annoyed they were snippy and rude and offered zero apologies. My kitchen renovation project has been delayed by their slow workroom twice now. Zero apologies from them and not one reference to make it right. I even spoke with the manager. Substandard customer service for a business that said they could be trusted when they were demanding me to pay thousands in full when the fabric was ordered. Over $3000 invested and the workroom will “call me next Tuesday.” DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  We have had several projects done with Calico (curtains in in all my kids' rooms, duvets, pillows, bench seats), and they have been fantastic. Sue and Christine went out of their way to make sure that our projects would be perfect. Sue, the manager, has even traveled to our house to make sure the measurements were perfect so things would come out right. They have tons of knowledge, and I know our projects would not have come out so wonderfully without their expertise!

  I would agree about the customer service. I ordered 20 yards of fabric and asked for them to call to make sure it is in stock. I was assured they had 47 yards and placed my order. 2 days later they call to say my order had been back ordered for 5 weeks and would not be shipped until April. I needed the fabric for chairs I was recovering and needed them done by March 28th. They then offered no discount for another fabric choice and basically just lost several thousand in more business in the future. If they had offered a discount and helped me I would have given them a better review.
