I can’t do business with rude people! This location just lost me as a customer, they can come pick up their merchandise. Rude customer service at its finest. Especially that assistant manager Rohan or whatever his name is! I don’t like him! I am a loyal customer and just so my happen circumstances have changed, they don’t want to work with me so here we are.

Highly do not recommend doing business with this store. Even when your payment is on time or only slightly 2secs late they will send employees to your home prematurely and harass you, claiming it’s “company protocol.” I experienced this firsthand: an employee came to my residence before my payment was past due and before the store even opened. This is not only unnecessary but cause significant stress and anxiety, especially for someone managing a mental health condition as I stated to them several times. Avoid starting a contract with this company they do not respect their customers and use aggressive collection tactics even when payments are current. I can’t pay them off quick enough I tell ya only reason I don’t want to send it back because the money I already have put into that I can’t get back.

On Saturday morning, a company representative came to my residence early in the morning regarding an alleged payment issue. Later that same day, at 2:29 PM, I made the required payment in person. Despite the payment being accepted, it has not been posted or properly credited to my account.
Today,Friday, 12/26/2025 2:45PM:
Still have yet to accredited my account and update it in they system that I made a payment on 12/20/25 after being harassed for it at 9AM!
Saturday 1/3/2025 Another Saturday of being harassed like I’m not going to pay my account.. when it’s due today they came later today.

Do Not go to this store I went an purchase a laptop an advise them I won’t be home my relatives will be to get the product I had to wait 5 days before a delivery could be made when the delivery guy got there they wouldn’t leave my item I paid for them telling me I have to wait on the refund for Thursday they are misleading an unprofessional I advise you to go to another store do not do business with Aaron they charge you double the price an are rip offs I wish I can give them a -5 I hope they don’t be there long shut the entire store down an the manager there don’t do nothing but sit in the office an dig in her nose all day

I’m going to start off by saying this is by far the worst company I could EVER get anything from. I ordered my furniture online, received a confirmation email, etc. they called me 2 days later on a Tuesday , asked when I would like my delivery either that Thursday or Friday. I told them that I would like Thursday. Thursday came, no one showed up .. moving forward to almost 3 weeks later their delivery driver shows up at my door with my furniture! No communication, nothing. So he came in and helped me move my stuff to get my furniture, he put it together was very nice and informative and apologized for the inconvenience.
I spoke with one of the guy managers about them showing up 3 weeks later with my furniture, he told me to come into the store to talk to him to see if I would like something else in the store to add on for the miscommunication. I added on a TV. Fast forward.. a manager there name Latesa called me for my payment and I told that I would have to call back due to me driving my vehicle , then she was like “well I just need you to confirm the last 4 digits” I advised her once again that I was driving so I wasn’t quite sure on the last 4 and she became extremely rude and hung up in my face. I reached out to the store later that day, she answered and I asked if there was someone else I could speak to someone else due to her unprofessionalism, she told me to hold on and hung up in my face again. I called them back numerous of times to make my payment bc my EZpay wasn’t working and she would pick up and hang up the phone. I looked for the corporate number to report her and still haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. But I did find the CEOs, CFO & IRs email and will be emailing them about my customer service experience. They do not provide you with an appropriate number to contact to complain so please be aware of this company/particular store.

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease.
