  Listen, I'm a critical customer. I opted for Brookhaven Storage because I want a human element as part of the service I pay for. Ryan took my call to see units and that day, I was able to tour the facility with his help. He showed me the options and talked through my needs and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell me. Booking process seamless. The facility was clean, secure and clearly climate controlled. I had no issues on the first trip there but if I did- I had no doubt that I would have been assisted. Spend local when you can. I look forward to following up this review at the end of my lease with a glowing praise of Brookhaven Storage.

  Looking for a storage unit and stumbled upon this one. The facility was clean and organized. Janine was especially helpful in helping me decide what size unit I needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

  I have had a great experience with Brookhaven Storage. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind storing my belongings. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. Janine is a rockstar! The rental process was smooth and straightforward, and I really like how easy it is to access my unit whenever I need it. Overall, I highly recommend Brookhaven Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run storage facility in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
