  Andrew was very helpful teaching us the ins and outs of our pool systems and providing the recommended service. We Appreciate how thorough, patient, and knowledgeable he was.

  Built a fence over the property line by a foot. Denied it. Only moved it after being forced. Tried to make it a foot taller than code/permit allowed. City of Decatur had to chase them to get it fixed.

  Jay Turner is our maintenance tech. He has always been on time and calls to make sure the dogs are inside before he goes through our gate. Jay does an excellent job and helps us by educating us on how to maintain our new pool. I recommend Jay HIGHLY!!!

  Artistic pools has been doing service for our pool for years- so when decided to redo a hot tub and specialty water element it was a no brainer to call! Thanks to Luke, Red,Shelby and all the support crew who has made this project a success! Shout out to the whole service crew who has been absolutely wonderful to work with for years!

  Artistic Pools installed our pool and does weekly service. The service has been great. I want to call out an "above and beyond" effort on the part of Arthur Silva who serviced our pool today. He texted me to let me know that our pool water level was low and he had turned off the skimmers. I was able to start refilling the pool but I had no idea how to turn the skimmers back on. I messaged Arthur and he sent me some pictures and made a video call to me to show me how to turn the skimmers on. This was a service way beyond expected. Thank you Arthur.
