I just came in to 2685 Metropolitan Parkway. I stood around as four employees laughed and talked amongst each other. Never having anyone acknowledge me until 8 minutes after being in the store. The professionalism is slim to none over here. The foreign employee was extra rude with his goodbye greeting. Glad I walked out didn’t wanna start a financial agreement with an establishment of this nature. Don’t act low income because that’s what you are surrounded by!!

If you value respect and professionalism, I would strongly reconsider doing business with this location. Yvonne, the store manager was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Her communication was rude and came across as a misuse of her position rather than an attempt to resolve the issue. The chick told me no use to call corporate because they are going to redirect it back to her “a joke”!!!! Instead of listening or helping, she repeatedly dismissed my concerns and refused to verify information I was given by her own staff. A sales manager, Kendra, previously told me in February that I had until April 2026 to make a payment. Her words “it has been months , since you spoke to her”. When in reality it was not. When I went to the store, Yvonne did not acknowledge or apologize for this misinformation and instead pushed for a payment without offering any solution. When I attempted to follow up and speak with her directly over the phone to ensure everything was properly handled, I was redirected to an account manager rather than being assisted by her. This lack of accountability was frustrating and unprofessional, especially given her role as store manager. She also spoke negatively about another store location, (Buford Highway) which was completely inappropriate and unrelated to resolving my situation. To make matters worse, the delivery experience was uncomfortable. The delivery driver(Andre) asked how much I pay in rent because he said our place was “really nice” and mentioned he was looking for an apartment. That type of personal questioning was unnecessary and unprofessional. At this point, we asked them to come pick up the furniture because we no longer want to do business with a company that operates this way. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, accountability, and basic respect. I would not recommend this location.

I can’t do business with rude people! This location just lost me as a customer, they can come pick up their merchandise. Rude customer service at its finest. Especially that assistant manager Rohan or whatever his name is! I don’t like him! I am a loyal customer and just so my happen circumstances have changed, they don’t want to work with me so here we are.

Highly do not recommend doing business with this store. Even when your payment is on time or only slightly 2secs late they will send employees to your home prematurely and harass you, claiming it’s “company protocol.” I experienced this firsthand: an employee came to my residence before my payment was past due and before the store even opened. This is not only unnecessary but cause significant stress and anxiety, especially for someone managing a mental health condition as I stated to them several times. Avoid starting a contract with this company they do not respect their customers and use aggressive collection tactics even when payments are current. I can’t pay them off quick enough I tell ya only reason I don’t want to send it back because the money I already have put into that I can’t get back. ✅ Facts That Matter: •I always pay on time(if not it’s communicated) •I removed auto-draft (which is my right) •Payment was due TODAY (Dec 20) — not late •Store opens at 10:00 AM •Salesman came to my home at 9:14 AM •Payment had not yet been refused by me •You were still within the same due date Today, Monday, 12/22/25 at 8:13 PM: On Saturday morning, a company representative came to my residence early in the morning regarding an alleged payment issue. Later that same day, at 2:29 PM, I made the required payment in person. Despite the payment being accepted, it has not been posted or properly credited to my account. Today,Friday, 12/26/2025 2:45PM: Still have yet to accredited my account and update it in they system that I made a payment on 12/20/25 after being harassed for it at 9AM! Saturday 1/3/2025 Another Saturday of being harassed like I’m not going to pay my account.. when it’s due today they came later today.
