  My grandmother's hot water heater started leaking like a faucet yesterday -- outside the warranty, obviously. She decided to buy a replacement from this Lowe's. This whole process included three separate phone calls to the store in addition to the in-person visit to pick it up. Despite it being a little outside the norm for a remote purchase and physical pick-up, every single employee we dealt with was helpful, efficient, and seemed like they were genuinely glad they were able to help us get what we needed. Not just "customer service" glad, but actually, genuinely happy to help. Obviously it's still their job, but they were just so awesome to talk to at every single point. They were so efficient it almost seemed like they were mind-readers at times. The whole Lowe's experience at 6ish on Tuesday 4/28 turned a very stressful problem at the end of a long, already terrible day into a mild inconvenience and kept me from losing my sanity lol. Very possibly the most pleasant in-person shopping experience I've had since before COVID. If you have a problem in your house, go to Lowe's. The AI that answers the phone before you can get to a person could use some improvement, though. It kept trying to redirect me to things that it could answer instead of what I actually needed, which was especially frustrating when compared to how quick and painless the conversation was once I actually got to talk to the employees in the store.

  After a decade or more of having an account and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent here for our business, it was closed today, for Good. They, not only had us pay the entire balance up front (of which the minimum payment was only 4 days late) to make a purchase. But we were informed, After they let us make said full payment, that the account was closed for non payment. For small business owners who reliably shop here, like i did for years, go Anywhere else. Truly wish the original ownership was still at this location because everything has gone down hill since he left. You've lost a lifelong shopper who buys thousands of dollars in material every week.

  I just cannot shop here anymore because of the vendors they allow in the store. I was there to buy new appliances for my kitchen and just left because of these people. They will walk up to you mid conversation with another person and want to sell me some random unrelated thing. These are not employees of the store it’s a third party they let sell in their store. I am just done
