I asked a female worker if she could help me and she stated that she could get someone to help me. She left and came back and said they told her they could not help me, that I could leave the lock and my key and phone number and they would call me probably tomorrow if it was ready. I do not live in Athens ( 40 minutes away) so that was not possible. I feel that is very bad customer service. I ended up going across the road to Home Depot and they did what I needed in a timely manner.
