I found it odd that two Managers (Justin and Jeromy) did not greet me and seemed to avoid eye contact during the five or six times that I passed that area. After CJ helped me with paint and other questions, I finally decided to say hello to the managers (i’ve been in Customer Service for so long that it felt odd to not have some sort of greeting or interaction). I told him how great of a job CJ did.

I said "no ma'am, that's a philodendron not a pothos" she huffed and said "it doesn't matter what type it is, they're all the same". So I left without making the purchase. The plant I had picked was only 4 dollars less than what she was trying to ring up, but she was much more interested in being aggressive and argumentative than anything. Quite disturbing. On a positive note, the second lady working that remained at the register with me was a cute little sweetheart.

Tried to leave a survey from my receipt but unfortunately, this certain receipt did not have any code on it for me to do the survey. “THIS TIME” Carrie basically designed my theme of entire kitchen and living room. I ended up going w every single color she chose and I know everyone is going to be very impressed and happy. She also suggested which rollers and brushes I needed and taught me some stuff I never knew about Purdy . she suggested to get me an entire HVAC check, which I didn’t need. Time and time again she outdid herself w customer service. Refuse to go to Epps Lowes
