I order for pick up quite often and not only do they shop quickly, they bag it up and put it inside a locker for you and notify you immediately to pick up at your convenience the same day most of the time! For bigger items they'll even assist you bringing it outside to your vehicle. Such great, helpful people inside the store, and at the counters. Thank you Lowes for always helping me with my projects. :)

I found it odd that two Managers (Justin and Jeromy) did not greet me and seemed to avoid eye contact during the five or six times that I passed that area. After CJ helped me with paint and other questions, I finally decided to say hello to the managers (i’ve been in Customer Service for so long that it felt odd to not have some sort of greeting or interaction). I told him how great of a job CJ did.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
