Loews is pretty good with prices. They don’t always have things in stock and don’t help you locate it at another location. The people that work there don’t seem too happy to be there. I’ve been there about five times and have purchased appliances there. The people who work there don’t go out of their way to assist you. The two younger sales people that helped with appliances were very kind and I really appreciated them. Like I said prices are pretty good. 👍

I had a quartz counter top installed by Lowes.The-staff in the store was helpful to take my order. But the entire process of installation was stressful and frustrating. They wanted me to disconnect water and stove before they get here and you have to reconnect after they’re done with installation. My Plumber did all that and I was waiting for them to show up and they showed up several hours after the scheduled time. They pulled out the old countertops but did not remove the pieces completely. They left some pieces on the back and made the countertop uneven.I talked to a lady there and she said in order to install countertops evenly I have to pay $200 more or I can install trim by myself but they left a gap bigger than they told me they would and the shims are loose-anybody even children can pull the shims out. Then they pressured me to sign a release saying that I am aware of the gap .I called customer service and they denied my claim saying that they have documents saying that I am aware of the gap.The guy showed me his phone and asked me to sign it. Then he said he cannot complete the installation because he cut the sink incorrectly . Again, the next day they showed up several hours later than they were supposed to at our dinner time and hurried and left a side piece not installed. The gap on the countertop was bigger than they told me and they did not secure the countertop with shims. The gap is too wide. I called customer service and they gave me a work order number and later they said that the claim is denied because I signed the document. Then after I did a google review they left a number for me to call , they transferred back and forth to different numbers , ended up with same response. They say there is nothing they can do after claim is denied. I would not Recommend Lowes and Georgia Granite for countertop installation. You would be better off off with the countertop installers in Elberton Ga. I regret that I bought and installed the countertops through Lowes and Georgia Granite.

Lumber still strapped sitting on rack, had to cut straps to get needed wood. Pallet sitting in aisle over a week, while the shelfs empty, had to get product from pallet. Store is either understaffed, poorly managed, or both. Better equipped Lowes 15 minutes down the road. Don't recommend.

This review is more for Steve than Lowes. He’s always so helpful and goes the extra mile . The best rep there
