Unfortunately, the times I've been to this location, the employee named Ashley is flat-out rude and has zero customer service. I can blow it off once but it has happened multiple times that I've been in this Hobby Lobby. She says nothing to you as you come up or leave her register. She glares at you and looks like she's miserable being there. If she is so dissatisfied with her job as much as she shows it maybe they should put her in the back away from customers. If Hobby Lobby wants to present that as great customer service then I'll be happy to go elsewhere. Very unhappy with how they allow their employees to treat their customers.
