I received a welcome phone call from Neil shortly after. He made the call quick and informative. He was very kind and helpful. The location Is very convenient. The ease of access to the gate and my unit was seamless. The facility is incredibly clean and they had it ready for move-in as soon as I got there. One special touch that I appreciated more than anything that may seem so simple but was a really big deal to me; The lock for my unit was inside the my storage door and as I pulled it out, I immediately started stressing because it was the type of packaging that’s very difficult to get into and I didn’t have any scissors, but when I looked closer, I noticed that they had already cut the packaging open for me and that just really made my day because they were thoughtful enough to take care of this and that proved that they were the absolute right choice for my storage needs.
