Started out the rental at $150/month every six months they raise the rate on the storage unit the last raise was in August 2025 it was $300 plus. I was able to get it below $300 but realized there are better priced storage units in the area that are just as nice as this one. Would not recommend solely for pricing

Neil made it very easy for me to purchase my first storage unit. I was a little nervous. They also have great rates that was the most important thing. But then after meeting Neil his customer service was exceptional thanks Neal. Go check him out Athens!!!
