  I’d like to offer an unsolicited shout out for Certified Clean Care. Responding to the advertisement on FB I message them about cleaning a couple rugs. I live midway between Athens and Augusta so they were able to pick up, clean, and return the rugs at no additional charge. The delivery men agreed to bring the rugs in and place the large 8x10 in my dining room and help me move the table back. Of course I tipped both men. CCC’s communications during this process was impeccable. I received texts and emails to set up pick up and delivery times. The office worked with me to schedule dates that worked with their deliveries. I was given time windows when the truck would arrive as well as texts from the crew when they were close to my home. Bottom line is that CCC exceeded my expectations and I will use them again.
